Low scores usually come from the same patterns: unsupported claims occupying most of the message, decisions described without anyone owning them, and language that could belong to any organization in any year.
Scores describe the communication, not the person. Truverai measures what was said, not who said it.
Truverai evaluates how a communication is presented, not whether a belief is objectively true, and it scores what was said rather than who said it. Plan and payment tier do not affect scoring: anonymous, free, and paid evaluations run the identical path.
