Authenticity is one of Truverai's eight metrics. Every evaluation reports all eight in a fixed order: Truthfulness, Relevance, Usefulness, Verifiability, Evidence, Responsibility, Authenticity, Integrity. The eight are made up of 32 sub-metrics in total.
Authenticity measures whether the voice is direct and specific rather than templated, hedged, or interchangeable.
Authenticity deliberately does not measure sincerity, motive, and emotional truth, none of which a reader can measure from text.
Truverai evaluates how a communication is presented, not whether a belief is objectively true, and it scores what was said rather than who said it. Plan and payment tier do not affect scoring: anonymous, free, and paid evaluations run the identical path.
