Evidence is one of Truverai's eight metrics. Every evaluation reports all eight in a fixed order: Truthfulness, Relevance, Usefulness, Verifiability, Evidence, Responsibility, Authenticity, Integrity. The eight are made up of 32 sub-metrics in total.
Evidence measures whether assertions are supported in proportion to how much of the message they occupy.
Evidence deliberately does not measure citation formatting, and the number of footnotes.
Truverai evaluates how a communication is presented, not whether a belief is objectively true, and it scores what was said rather than who said it. Plan and payment tier do not affect scoring: anonymous, free, and paid evaluations run the identical path.
