Integrity is one of Truverai's eight metrics. Every evaluation reports all eight in a fixed order: Truthfulness, Relevance, Usefulness, Verifiability, Evidence, Responsibility, Authenticity, Integrity. The eight are made up of 32 sub-metrics in total.
Integrity measures whether the message is internally consistent, and whether it discloses what a reader needs to judge it.
Integrity deliberately does not measure the author's ethics, and any judgment about the organization behind the text.
Truverai evaluates how a communication is presented, not whether a belief is objectively true, and it scores what was said rather than who said it. Plan and payment tier do not affect scoring: anonymous, free, and paid evaluations run the identical path.
