Usefulness is one of Truverai's eight metrics. Every evaluation reports all eight in a fixed order: Truthfulness, Relevance, Usefulness, Verifiability, Evidence, Responsibility, Authenticity, Integrity. The eight are made up of 32 sub-metrics in total.
Usefulness measures whether a reader can act on what they just read, and whether the text answers the question it raises.
Usefulness deliberately does not measure length, polish, and how impressive the vocabulary is.
Truverai evaluates how a communication is presented, not whether a belief is objectively true, and it scores what was said rather than who said it. Plan and payment tier do not affect scoring: anonymous, free, and paid evaluations run the identical path.
